Rates

Rates are based on 4 guests (children count aswell)

Weekly Rate

• $1,250

Weekend Rate (Friday & Saturday)

• $500 (low season)
• $650 (high season)

Weekday Rate(min. two days)

• $220 (low season)
• $250 (high season)

Additional guest $35/night to a max of 6 guests in all.
All rates are applicable to GST (5% Goods and Service Tax)
Rates are subject to change without notice

Policies

1. The deposit is 50% of the Cottage Rate with a min. of 1 day rental.
2. Our cancellation policy permits rebate of deposit only, if more than 45 days notice is given or the cottage can be rebooked otherwise.
3. A $15 cancellation/handling fee applies to all cancellations.
4. For Dog companions please note an additional cleaning fee of $25 applies.
5. Total payment is due if cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to first booked date, unless the cottage is rebooked.
6. Check in time is by appointment only after 4pm.
7. Check out time is 11am.
   
   Please note: We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking.
